The Navy conKerr's !

US Navy Rear Admiral (Ret) Quinn presents CDR Kerr, CO HT-18, with the Towers Award on behalf of the Order of the Daedalians. This prestigious award is named for the late Admiral John H. Towers, who was designated a naval aviator in 1911, and is given to the training squadron that has achieved an outstanding record in its mission–oriented flight safety program. Congrats are in order to CDR Kerr and his staff and the commitment to professionalism and safety of the highest order.
